Intelligent steering system with full redundancy is the integrated solution of steering system applied to autonomous driving vehicles. The system adopts 6-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor as the actuator, while its power module, communication module, MCU, sensor and MOS driver module are all designed with redundancy, which can both meet the driving and safety requirements of L4 autonomous driving vehicles.

High safety：Intelligent steering system adopts 6-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor as the actuator, while its power module, communication module, MCU, sensor and MOS driver module are all designed with redundancy. The control signal and working state information are periodically interacted with each other by double-system check mechanism, monitoring the running status of the system. Once the system runs abnormally, it can be switched to the back-up system within 100ms to ensure the safety of automated operation.
Independent intellectual property rights: all the 6-phase brushless motor, TAS sensor, redundant control system and mechanical deceleration mechanism adopted by the intelligent steering system are independently developed and designed.
