Dual-Pinion Electric Power Steering
Introduction

DP-EPS has a pinion at the input end and the output end respectively, and the motor is installed on the pinion at the output end.

DP-EPS can adjust the transmission ratio of input end and output end respectively to give consideration to both output force and hand feeling.

DP-EPS has a larger transmission ratio at the output end for greater power, while the input end has a smaller transmission ratio to take into account the number of steering laps. The output force of DP-EPS can reach 12000N, widely used in cars, SUVs, and other models now.
